So me n my fren bought a jacket for her as the present, and i also make her a Birthday Cake, called 'Apple Dream Cake'. So we have our dinner at Alaii Japanese Restaurant @ Ipoh Garden East.

Apple Dream Cake
My Homemade cake n decoration~~
Ingredients:-
Prepare a 9" round vanilla sponge cake
(A) 200g Apple, cut into cubes
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsps Sugar
(B) 2 tsps Gelatine powder
2 tbsps water
(C) 1/2 tbsp Rum
200g Whipped Cream
Decoration:-
200g Whipped cream
some chocolate shavings
fruits as u like, mine is apple n grapes
some flower deco n ladybird too
Method
1. Cook (A) till apple becomes soft, drain off the liquid and let it cool. Set aside.
2. Mix (B) and melt it over double boiler, add it into (C) and mix till well blended.
3. Add the cooled (A), mix till well incorporated.
4. Slice the cake into 3 horizontal layers and sandwich them with the apple cream filling.
5. Cover the whole cake with the extra whipped cream.
6. Coat 1/2 the side of the cake with chocolate shaving and place some at the top as u like.
7. Decorate the cake as u wish....

n my gang seldom go 'zhu chao' on b'day...we try to go special places since is a celebration...
