I bought a Steamed Cake Recipe book n a Homemade Dessert Recipe book.....
So i try the recipe out last 2 days and tis is my 1st attempt to try to make the Steamed Cake n the Sorbet.....

the taste is just so so....but the texture look like same as the baked cake...but if u eat it, u know is different.....at least is not a failure *good attempt* ... going to try others next time...

ok tis watermelon sorbet, actually is not in the homemade dessert book tat i bought....haha....
cause my home only have watermelon fruit so i make some changed on the recipe, i change the orange juice to watermelon juice instead...and try it out....
Result still good....except is too sweet cause the watermelon bought by my dad is very sweet n juicy, i should minus out some sugar out from the recipe....anywhere, the result is still can accept...n sorbet is actually quite nice n yummy too~~~ haha.....

Thx Hayley...cause i notice tat ice cream need to have non-dairy whipping cream and need to whisk it until stiff, which i fail last time when doing the cupcake deco...so feel scare will fail...haha...anywhere will try it...thx thx
