Unaware of hurt

As unaware on monday my tumb is hurt....how is tis happen??
u ask me, i think i shud ask my tumb then...weird i have no idea when i hurt it...
maybe the heat i get when i bake on sunday or maybe i type the keyboard to hard on monday :P i have no idea at all~
it become even bigger today n is painful each time i accidentally touch it....ouch~~
need to fix it when back home today...ouch~~ again...

Orange Zest Hazelnut Cupcakes

I'm back to cupcake fever again~~~
This time i make the Orange Zest Hazelnut Cupcakes.

Ingredients:
A : 100g butter
75g icing sugar
2 eggs grade-B (beaten)
B : 1tbsp fresh orange juice
1tsp grated orange zest
30g hazelnut powder
100g plain flour
2tsps baking powder
C : Some raisins(optional)

Method:
1. Beat butter n sugar of ingredient (A) until smooth. Add in eggs slowly.
Then ingredient B. Mix well.
2. Spoon no.(1) into paper cups till three-quarters of the way up. Sprinkle some raisin on the top. Arrange on a baking tray.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes.

Simple? Hope u all can try it out....

Redang Trip 2010, Day 3

This is the last day for me in Redang, so i would not miss the opportunity to see the sunrise once again since i miss it the 2nd day. Wake up early in the morning @ 5.30am...went out to the beach at 6am...the sky is still dark...n u know wat? there ain't just us in the beach....hehe~~ look like a lot ppl also planing to c the sunrise. This time no rain but OMG!!! there r a big cloud blocking the sun view from the beach....*so so sad* no matter how hard i walk from the one end of the beach to the other end, there r no way for me to c the sun....wat to do...i can't fight the cloud rite? but i still snap photo of the early beach as my photo background...hehe~~~

After the early morning snapping of photo, we have our breakfast. i have the last walk at the beach side n my last souvenir shopping be4 check-out from the hotel...Leaving the island @ 11am ferry back to Kuala Terengganu. Have our lunch a the China Town @ Terengganu, then heading back to ipoh on 1.15pm...before reach ipoh, have our dinner at Kg Baharu Batu Dua, Gerik...guess wat is our dinner??? haha~~~we can have chinese chu cha but instead we decide to take Roti Canai~~~funny rite?? actually we thought only one chinese restaurant n the whole bus ppl is going there to eat, sure need to wait for the food...then y not take others then. so we have Roti Canai n Maggi Goreng for dinner...quite tasty too...continue heading back to ipoh, n we reach ipoh around 10.15pm...Although i got sleep in the bus but i still feel very tired n sleepy...Take the bath n tidy up my luggage, then went to sleep rite the way...
So fast the holiday ended...is time to back to work....

oh be4 i ended my holiday story, my brother fren tat join the trip from Singapore thru JB bus has lost he passport...wat a bad experience for him...so he have to follow us back to ipoh n redo the passport be4 he can start work back at Sg...hope everything is smooth for him to redo the passport. So tat the end of my 3D2N holiday @ Redang.

Redang Trip 2010, Day 2

At 1st, i plan to watch the sunrise in the 2nd day, but unfortunately is raining early morning 4am...so unable to c the sunrise...*sad*
so early in the morning have some walk at the beach n snap some photo.

Nasi Lemak Breakfast

9.30am have the 2nd snorkeling, due to raining in the early morning the water is not clear enough n the current is still running , we unable to go into the marine park for snorkeling. No choice we do our snorkeling at another places.

Back the resort after the morning snorkeling, noon still have another snorkeling. So before the noon snorkeling, we take the chance to walk on the other side of the beach. Walk through the Pelangi, Sari Pacific n reach Holiday Resort(the end of the long beach).

Then we proceed to the 3rd snorkeling at 2.30pm, tis time we go Marine Park. Our Snorkeling Tour Guide told us tat r 3 big fish at the Marine Park but i can't locate any of them....*sad* but we found Sea Cucumber, a very big Sea Cucumber...it so geli~~

Back from snorkeling we have our Tea Time n play at the swimming pool. Later the nite, have some Moon Bath watching the star at the sky. The star is so nice tat day. Then later on have our yam cha session n listen to live band.

We end the day after yam cha n is bed time.....tmr plan to watch the sunrise again!

Redang Trip 2010, Day 1

I have plan this Redang Trip a month ago, so here is it..the day has come.
We go Pulau Redang by Bus from Ipoh to Terengganu, so the bus started to pick us up at Mobil, Bercham on 9.30pm 17th July(Fri Night). We sign in for the travel agent package, so the bus will pick up other passenger at Tasek & Chemor and off to the Gerik Highway to Terengganu on 10.15pm. We reach Terengganu at 6.10am and off to the Bus Station to pick up my brother frens from JB. Then we have our breakfast at Terengganu China Town on 6.30am...as we know chinese ppl in Terengganu only consists of 10% of the population, so in order to have Chinese food we need to go china town...

As the advertisement in front of the Chinese Restaurant show the Roti Bakar of Terengganu style, my brother order one of it and i order the 'Wan Tan Mee'. The Roti Bakar is quite nice but the wan tan mee is so small portion n is taste so so only n it cost RM3, quite expensive compare to Ipoh.

We stay at Redang Bay. At 1st our trip shud stay in Beach Resort but due to fully booked, so no choice we have to go for Redang Bay which is cheaper than Beach Resort.

After breakfast, we depart around 7am to the Jetty, it take at least 45min to the Jetty from China Town. Reach Jetty at 8.10am, which we miss our 8am Ferry. No choice, so we have to wait for the 9am Ferry. The Ferry arrive at 9.15am, off to the Pulau Redang. Reach Pulau Redang at 10.05am.

Check in around 11.15am++, then change cloth n off for lunch. Lunch is provided in the package, n is buffet lunch with normal economic rice with soup... the food is just so so only. Then we rent the life jacket n mask for RM30 and rent the Water Proof Camera at the reception for RM30 half day(from 1.30pm to 7pm)... 2pm gather together n 2.30pm off for 1st snorkeling. the weather is so nice where is sun is not sunny (hoho~~~ *happpy*) n know wat, the water is very very clear...so unforgettable snorkeling we have... tis is my 1st time snorkeling n the sea is so deep *scary*. at 1st i'm very scare cause i not tat good in swimming, after a while ady get use to it...some underwater photo as below.

after snorkeling we continue swimming at the beach...they even found oyster in the sea...we take a rest n bath n off for the BBQ Dinner... actually nothing much can be done at the nite, so we just have a beach walk around the island n buy some souvenir n of course the must go More More Tea to snap some pictures. i heard my elder brother say there r blue sand near the Reef Resort, so we try find it out...but too sad can't c any blue sand...Lastly, we settle down in Show Biz@Laguna for yam cha n listen to live band...Back resort around 12am n have a good nite sleep~~~
