Homemade Roasted Pork ("Siew Yok")

My fren mother demo to me how to make homemade Roaster Pork last week at her house....so i back home n try it out the next day....
so here the result and the recipe:-
Roasted Pork

Ingredient
- 1kg pork belly
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- some lemon

Marinade
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1pc fremented bean curd
-1/2tsp five spices powder
-1/2tsp pepper powder
-2 Tbsp sugar

Method:
1. Clean pork. Score the inner portion of meat with chopper.
2. Prick the skin all over then brush the skin portion with salt and lemon.
3. After mixing the marinade, smear over pork belly except the skin.
4. Smear white vinegar over its skin and leave to dry up.(Repeat this step for 5 times)
5. Keep the pork in the refrigerator for overnight.
6. Roast the dried marinated pork into oven for 30-35 minutes at 300 degrees Celsius.(if using Space Over Wok use 250 degrees Celsius)

so just a few step u can make ur own homemade roasted pork....
